 Return Policies:

Haddad Jewelers is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item for store credit or exchange within seven (7) days of receipt, accompanied by a sales receipt. Simply contact our store to receive instructions on returning your purchase. The following conditions apply:

 

Shipping is non-refundable*

A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned items.

Returned items will only be accepted if in the original packaging, have not been worn, and have not been altered in any way. Alterations include sizing of the items being returned.

No store credit or exchanges on special orders or custom made jewelry.

Haddad Jewelers reserves the right to refuse returned items if not in compliance with the above stated conditions.

 

 

Shipping Policies

Shipping to and from Haddad Jewelers is at the customer’s expense. All items will be shipped insured.

 

All in-stock items will ship within 2-3 business days.
